38 years of leadership

Our journey began in 1987, when we started as Rex Properties with a humble 5-bigha project in Aftabnagar. Guided by a vision to redefine urban living in Bangladesh, we laid the foundation for what would become a decades-long commitment to quality and trust.

As the real estate market evolved, so did we. In the late 2000s, we rebranded as Global Builders. Building on this legacy, we entered a new chapter in the late 2020s with the establishment of Ventura Holdings Ltd..
